
In the beginning of June I decided -
this is it, I'm done with my unhealthy lifestyle origined from being a university student in England where you drink to live and eat crap to enjoy.
No one week diet wonders where you starve to death and get back to your old habits three days after. No, a complete lifestyle change-over! Basically I decided to start exercising (would have NEVER EVER guessed that I was going to become completely in love with it) and cut back on the white carbs (not eliminating them completely).
Today, 4 months after- perhaps only 5 kg lighter...
But hell - I have ab muscles, even my ass is a round miracle! I can run 10km in 55minutes! I can endure a three hour workout without feeling exhausted! I have arm muscles!
What makes me happy? Definitely my health, and through exercising 3-6 times per week, improving my condition and challenging my body.
I've always been a sportsgirl, I just lost myself in the party scene for the past 5 years. Now I'm back!
