Yesterday evening I ate a HUGE amount of chocolate = big mistake, don't eat late in the evening! It ended up in me waking up at 4 with the most horrid feeling of wanting to puke out EVERRYTHING, my stomach was screaming full. I drank a few cups of water and tried to fall asleep again... and woah, now I'm disgusted of chocolate...
So today I started the morning with a 5km walk.
Breakfast consisting of low fat yogurt, blueberries and apple pieces + big cup of green tea + a glass of vitamin-C water.
Doing today:
- Bodypump class 1h
- Organizing closet
- Buy new foundation
