Monday: 25min running on treadmill, 20min crosstrainer, 20min muscles, 10min stretching
Tuesday: 7,5 km trailrunning
Wednesday: -
Thursday: Pilates 55min, 20min crosstrainer, 20min muscles
Friday: Abs and butt class 60min, muscles 20min
Saturday: 10 km run
