Breakfast: Bulgaria yogurt
Lunch: Meat sauce
Dinner: 2 sausages, ceasarsalad
+7,5 km walk (with stupid shoes) & abs, arm muscles
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Natural yogurt with blueberries
Lunch: Ceasar-salad (leftover)
Snack: 3 apples, orange
Dinner: mushrooms, 3 potatoes, herring
+ 5 km run (then came the rain) & abs, arms & butt muscles ;-)
