
I used to have horrrible skin! Now it's lovely, but I'm still dead scared that one day I'll wake up looking like a frog...
My daily routine to upkeep shiny/healthy skin
- I squeeze lemon into a glass of water (have 1-3 glasses per day)
- I try to drink 1 cup of green tea
- I eat PILLS, lots of pills ;) d-vitamin, c-vitamin, zink, fish-oil & magnesium and at least for me, these improve my skin a lot!
- washing the face every day and go without make-up some days (always exercise without)
- moisturizer! (I use a neutral aqueous cream with no perfume)

+ a mud mask once a week! ;-)
