food&training (weds,thurs)


Wednesday:
Yogurt&apple,
Quark with pineapple & a grapefruit for lunch,
Pasta&beef sauce with meringue cake for dessert

+ pause day from exercise

Thursday:
Bulgaria mixed with natural yogurt & apple
Quark with apricot,apple and tangerine
Homecooked dinner

+7,5km run! + muscle workout

Plan for tomorrow would be to run 7,5km without walking breaks!
